We have experienced various family and matrimonial cases e.g. marriage, maintenance of women and children, dower, dissolution of marriage (divorce), guardianship and custody of a child, adoption, marriage between different women of different religions, citizenship and nationality, arbitration and mediation as to family and matrimonial cases. We have partners who are experts in dealing with your family and matrimonial cases under Muslim personal law, Hindu law, Christian law and other religious laws. In Bangladesh, we have conducted cases before the family court or even the High Court Division and under the state enacted some of the relating to family and matrimonial cases such as The Muslim Family Laws Ordinance, 1961, The Family Courts Ordinance, 1985, the Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act, 1939, The Muslim Marriage Registration Act, 1974 etc. We also advise those couples who are of different jurisdictions.
